Data and purposes
We process name, email, billing address, order reference, amount, language, date, consent and payment/delivery status to fulfil the contract, provide support and statutory remedies. Mandatory checkout information is needed for the order. Accounting records fulfil legal obligations; security and evidence also rely on legitimate interests. Do not send sensitive information about your family. We do not sell data or automatically use orders for marketing.
Providers
Netcup hosts in Germany. Stripe and its banking partners process payments. Google Gmail processes messages and attachments. Stripe and Google may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards (adequacy decisions and/or standard contractual clauses depending on the processing). Retention
Order, consent and delivery evidence: five years from the order; disputes: five years after closure unless a longer legal obligation applies. Accounting records: ten years. Support messages: during handling then at most three years, except required evidence or legal obligations. Server error logs: at most thirty days except security incidents. Ordinary web access is not logged. Stripe and Google also have their own security and fraud-prevention obligations.
Rights and cookies
Contact the controller to exercise access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where legally applicable, and directives concerning data after death. Proportionate identity checks may be required. Normally a reply is due within one month; lawful extensions will be explained. You may complain to https://www.cnil.fr/. No advertising, TikTok pixel, analytics or tracking cookies on this site. Stripe’s own policies apply on its payment page. HTTPS protects transfers; paid PDFs and order records are not public.
